Amendment to the Procedure for Professional Training in Valuation Expertise

On February 20, 2019, the Ministry of Finance promulgated Circular 11/2019/TT-BTC amending and supplementing Circular 204/2014/TT-BTC stipulating the training and professional development in the field of valuation appraisal.

According to the new regulations, the organization of training and professional development in the field of valuation is carried out in the following sequence:

No later than 3 working days before the start date of the course/class, the training unit must send a written notification to the Ministry of Finance about the opening of the course/class along with the following documents and information:

- Decision to open the course/class by the Head of the unit;- List of lecturers;- List of the course/class management board;- Content, program, materials, and schedule of the course/class.

No later than 15 working days from the end date of the course/class, the training unit must send a report to the Ministry of Finance on the training results, along with the following documents:

- Decision to recognize the satisfactory results of the course/class;- List of students who meet the requirements of the course/class and are issued with Certificates of Completion.
