Amendment to the Effective Date of Implementation in Circular 37/2016/TT-NHNN

From the effective date of Circular 37/2016/TT-NHNN, the following documents will cease to be effective:

- Circular 23/2010/TT-NHNN regulating the management, operation, and use of the Interbank Electronic Payment System;- Circular 13/2013/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing some provisions of Circular 23/2010/TT-NHNN regulating the management, operation, and use of the Interbank Electronic Payment System;- Article 6 of Circular 23/2011/TT-NHNN regarding the implementation of a plan to simplify administrative procedures in the field of payment operations and other fields according to the Resolution of the Government of Vietnam on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the State Bank of Vietnam.

The Chief of the Office, heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Directors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally-run cities, General Directors (Directors) of member banks are responsible for organizing the implementation of Circular 21/2018/TT-NHNN.
