All key information on the websites of the Educational Institutions in Vietnam (illustrative image)

Article 9 of Circular 37/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates the primary information on the websites of an educational institution in Vietnam includes:

- Introduction information:

- Information on the chart, organizational structure, functions, tasks, authority; summary of the establishment and development process; full name, position, phone number, email address, and assigned tasks of the educational institution's leaders;

- Contact information for exchanges and addressing inquiries with the public.

- News, events about activities, and issues related to the management scope of the educational institution.

- Regulatory documents related to the activities of the educational institution in Vietnam.

- Information about the online services for primary level recruitment (including online registration and form filling, online result notification).

- Section for seeking feedback from organizations and individuals includes: A list of issues requiring comments; content of the issues for comments; address and email to receive comments and the deadline for receiving comments.

- Metadata to support searching, exchanging, sharing information, ensuring the ability to link, integrate between systems, and ensuring technological compatibility.

- Information about public disclosure concerning the educational institution and the time limit for posting in accordance with Circular 36/2017/TT-BGDDT.

- Enrollment information including enrollment plans, enrollment announcements (including information about subjects, enrollment quotas, form of enrollment, conditions, dossiers, time, location of the exam), the list of candidates.

- Statistical yearbook for the past 5 years including statistics on the scale of schools, classes, teachers, students, facilities.

- Digital resource page (including a digital library, E-learning lectures, e-books, software) for shared use by educational management officials, teachers, and students of the school; resource page with a connection link to the resource library of the educational facilities.

- Online school management system (if any). This includes modules for managing records, academic and training results of students, teachers management, equipment management, digital library, examination management, and enrollment.
