All construction costs for standardizing technical and technological levels of intermediate and college education levels in Vietnam

Circular 103/2017/TT-BTC was issued by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam on the management and use of operational funds for the implementation of the National Target Program on Vocational Education, Employment, and Occupational Safety for the 2016-2020 period.
