1. There are at least 50% of communes in the district that fully meet the standards required by the set of criteria for newly-advanced rural communes associated with urbanization in rural areas of Ho Chi Minh City in the period 2021–2025.
2. 100% of the towns in the area meet the standards of civilized cities.
3. The satisfaction rate of people in the area with the results of the district's improved rural construction reaches 95% or more (In which, the satisfaction rate of people in each commune with the results of the implementation of each content of the new enhanced rural construction reached 85% or more.)
