- Reflections and recommendations must be sent to the correct email address, the Electronic Information Portal access address of ministries, central authorities and local authorities, or the address of the Information System for receiving and handling reflections and recommendations that have been publicly announced by the receiving agency.- Use the Vietnamese language; the font must be from the Vietnamese character set (Vietnamese Unicode font) according to the standard TCVN 6909:2001.- Clearly state the content of the reflection or recommendation.- Clearly indicate the name, address, phone number, email address, or postal address for contact of the individual or organization with the reflection or recommendation.- Attach files in an appropriate format as required by the information system.
