On September 28, 2018, the Ministry of Health issued Circular 25/2018/TT-BYT repealing certain legal normative documents in the field of health issued by the Minister of Health, jointly issued.
Circular 25 stipulates that from November 15, 2018, the following 09 legal documents in the field of food safety will be annulled, specifically:
- Decision 1052/2002/QD-BYT promulgating "Regulations on quick inspection of food hygiene and safety quality"- Decision 4282/2004/QD-BYT stipulating conditions ensuring hygiene and safety for establishments producing and processing milk and milk products- Decision 10/2005/QD-BYT on promulgating health sector standards- Decision 31/2005/QD-BYT promulgating Health Sector Standards- Decision 43/2005/QD-BYT promulgating "Regulations on food hygiene and safety knowledge requirements for direct food producers and business operators"- Decision 21/2007/QD-BYT on promulgating "Regulations on health conditions for those directly involved in the processing of pre-packaged foods and immediate-consumption food business"- Circular 01/2000/TT-BYT guiding the implementation of food hygiene and safety inspection and registration- Circular 19/2012/TT-BYT guiding the announcement of conformity and compliance with food safety regulations- Directive 05/2005/CT-BYT on strengthening the work of ensuring street food hygiene and safety
