9 types of information that must be posted on the National Procurement Network (Illustrative image)

Decree 95/2020/ND-CP stipulates information about procurement and the responsibility for posting information. The information that must be posted on the National Procurement Network includes:

1. Contractor selection plan;
2. Invitation for expressions of interest, pre-qualification notice, expression of interest documents, pre-qualification documents;
3. Invitation for tenders, tender documents;
4. Shortlist;
5. Contractor selection results;
6. Legal documents regarding procurement;
7. Information on handling of procurement violations;
8. Database of contractors;
9. Other relevant information.

The Procurement Newspaper is responsible for extracting information regarding invitations for expressions of interest, pre-qualification notices, invitations for tenders, and shortlists as stipulated in points 2, 3, and 4 for posting in one issue of the Procurement Newspaper within 02 working days from the date the information is posted on the National Procurement Network.

The procuring entity must register to participate in the National Procurement Network themselves. The procuring entity must post information stipulated in points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 on the National Procurement Network within 07 working days from the date the document is issued.

The posting of procurement information is done according to the guidance of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
