The Ministry of Health recently issued Circular 25/2018/TT-BYT to repeal several legal normative documents in the field of health issued by the Minister of Health and jointly issued.
According to the provisions of Circular 25, from November 15, 2018, the following 09 legal documents will be annulled:
- Decision 1906/2004/QD-BYT on the regulation of parallel import of disease prevention and treatment drugs- Decision 22/2005/QD-BYT on issuing forms for vaccine registration, medical biological product registration, and business company registration for vaccines and medical biological products- Circular 03/2009/TT-BYT on regulations concerning the organization, management, and operation of the GPP pharmacy chain- Circular 43/2010/TT-BYT on the roadmap for implementing the principles and standards of "Good Pharmacy Practice" (GPP); locations and scope of activities of retail pharmacy establishments- Circular 10/2013/TT-BYT amending and supplementing some articles of Circular 02/2007/TT-BYT that provides detailed guidance on the implementation of certain pharmacy business conditions as stipulated by the Pharmacy Law and Decree 79/2006/ND-CP- Circular 38/2013/TT-BYT amending and supplementing some articles of Circular 47/2010/TT-BYT providing guidelines on the export and import activities of drugs and direct contact packaging with drugs- Circular 39/2013/TT-BYT on the regulation of the management of drugs for human treatment through non-commercial export and import- Joint Circular 50/2011/TTLT-BYT-BTC-BCT providing guidelines for implementing the state management of drug prices for human use
