5 Prohibited Acts for Students at Mandatory Rehabilitation Facilities

This is a notable content stipulated by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs in Circular 14/2014/TT-BLDTBXH issuing the forms for submitting proposals, implementing decisions on applying administrative handling measures to compulsory rehabilitation centers, and providing guidelines on building rules and regulations for the students of compulsory rehabilitation centers.

Circular 14/2014/TT-BLDTBXH strictly prohibits trainees at compulsory rehabilitation centers from engaging in the following acts:

- Quarreling, fighting, causing disunity, opposing, inciting, instigating, or enticing others to oppose the implementation of the rules of the compulsory rehabilitation center and other legal regulations.- Gambling, organizing gambling in any form; storing, using, and disseminating books, newspapers, and cultural products with reactionary, obscene, and superstitious content.- Bringing military weapons, toxins, explosives, flammable substances, and items that can easily cause injury, drugs, stimulants, and psychotropic substances listed in the prohibited list by the competent authority into the compulsory rehabilitation center.- Destroying, stealing, using other people’s belongings without their consent.- Other acts in violation of the law.
