The content is detailed in Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC guiding the management and use of operational funds for implementing the Scheme "Support students to start a business by 2025".
To be specific, startup training activities shall benefit from state support policies, specifically:
- Expenses for compiling training materials, teaching materials in schools; training materials; handbooks, guidebooks; startup materials of the training program, etc.: Implemented according to Circular 76/2018/TT-BTC.- Expenses for organizing training courses, workshops related to startup content of the Scheme for the team of officers providing consultancy and support to students for startups: Implemented according to Circular 36/2018/TT-BTC.- Expenses for hiring domestic and international experts to conduct training and workshops: The fee for hiring experts is decided by the organization holding the training and workshops and within the approved budget estimate.- Expenses for organizing exchange activities, international experience-sharing seminars for students and consultancy staff: Implemented according to Circular 40/2017/TT-BTC.- Expenses for outbound and inbound delegations: Implemented according to Circular 102/2012/TT-BTC, Circular 71/2018/TT-BTC.- Expenses for organizing startup training programs; expenses for organizing internship and experiential activities at enterprises: educational and training institutions shall use legal funding sources to organize the implementation.
Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC takes effect from February 11, 2019.
