Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:

On October 26, 2023, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision 1105/QD-BXD announcing amended and supplemented administrative procedures and replacement in the field of construction activities within the scope of State management functions of the Ministry of Construction.

Specifically, the amended and supplemented administrative procedures within the scope of state management functions of the Ministry of Construction include:

* Central level administrative procedures in Vietnam

(1) Appraisal of Construction Investment Feasibility Study Report/Adjusted Construction Investment Feasibility Study Report

(2) Appraisal of construction design implemented after basic design/construction design implemented after adjusted basic design

(3) Issuing a first-time construction practice certificate, class I

(4) Issuance of adjustment to class I construction practice certificate

(5) Re-issue of Class I construction practice certificate (in case the certificate is lost or damaged)

(6) Re-issuance of Class I construction practice certificate (wrong information recorded due to error of the issuing agency)

(7) Issue adjustments and supplements to the content of Class I construction practice certificates

(8) Issuing conversion of Class I practicing certificates to foreign individuals

(9) Issuance of renewal of practice certificates for class I construction activities

(10) Issuance of first-time construction activity capacity certificate, class I

(11) Re-issuance of Class I construction capacity certificate (due to loss or damage)

(12) Re-issue of Class I construction capacity certificate (wrong information recorded)

(13) Issuing adjustments and supplements to the content of Class I construction capacity certificates

(14) Issuance of renewal of certificate of capacity for construction activities, class I certificate

(15) Recognize that socio-professional organizations are eligible to issue construction practice certificates/class II and III construction capacity certificates to their members
