18 Groups of Criteria for Awarding State Commendations

Recently, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism has agreed to promulgate Circular 21/2014/TT-BVHTTDL stipulating the emulation and commendation work in the field of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Criteria for awarding the “Ho Chi Minh Order”:- The criteria for awarding the “Ho Chi Minh Order” to collectives are specified in Clause 4, Article 21 of Decree 42/2010/ND-CP and Article 8 of Decree 65/2014/ND-CP;- The criteria for awarding or posthumously awarding the “Ho Chi Minh Order” to individuals are specified in Clause 1, Article 21 of Decree 42/2010/ND-CP.
The criteria for awarding the “Independence Order” First Class, Second Class, Third Class to collectives and individuals are specified in Articles 9, 10, and 11 of Decree 65/2014/ND-CP.
The criteria for awarding the “Labor Order” First Class, Second Class, Third Class to collectives and individuals are specified in Articles 15, 16, and 17 of Decree 65/2014/ND-CP.
The criteria for awarding the “Bravery Order” to individuals are specified in Article 38 of Decree 42/2010/ND-CP.
