There are 11 "no" rules that every teacher must adhere to if they want to stay in the profession:
1. Do not abuse your position or authority to perform unlawful acts, violate regulations, or cause difficulties or inconvenience to students and the public.
2. Do not cheat or be dishonest in learning, scientific research, and performing teaching and educational duties.
3. Do not bully, oppress, show favoritism, or discriminate against students; do not aid or abet negative behaviors in teaching, learning, or training of students and colleagues.
4. Do not physically harm or insult the dignity and honor of students, colleagues, or others. Do not disrupt the work or daily activities of colleagues and others.
5. Do not organize extra teaching and extra learning activities contrary to regulations.
6. Do not smoke, drink alcohol, or beer in the workplace, in schools, or in places where it is not allowed, or while performing teaching duties and participating in the school's educational activities.
7. Do not use mobile phones or engage in personal work during meetings, while teaching, studying, invigilating, or marking exams.
8. Do not form factions or exhibit localism that could disrupt unity within the collective and the community.
9. Do not use the podium to disseminate or publicize content that contradicts the viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party and the State.
10. Do not shirk responsibilities, evade duties, quit work without permission; do not arrive late, leave early, miss classes, cut or cram the program, violate professional regulations, or affect the discipline and order of the school.
11. Do not organize or participate in activities related to social evils such as gambling, prostitution, drugs, superstition; do not use, store, or disseminate depraved or harmful cultural products.
