10 Responsibilities of Air Transport Business Enterprises

This content is detailed in Circular 85/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulating responsibilities and handling violations in aviation transportation activities.

Circular 85/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulates that enterprises engaged in air transport business have the following responsibilities:

- To be responsible for ensuring aviation security, safety, and the quality of air transport services meeting the standards and conditions as prescribed.- To maintain the conditions to be granted the Air Transport Business License and Aircraft Operator Certificate as required.- To fulfill the obligations of a carrier as stipulated.- To perform public and transparent operations in booking and ticket sales.- To implement measures to minimize the rate of flight delays and cancellations.- To comply with the regulations on air transport service fees.- To implement the recommendations of competent state management agencies related to air transport.- To carry out statistical, reporting, and archival policies regarding air transport as prescribed.- To resolve complaints related to the business's air transport activities.- To fulfill the responsibility of disciplinary actions for individuals within the organization following legal provisions and organizational regulations.
