- Using weapons, explosives, incendiaries, biological toxins, chemical toxins, radioactive substances, support tools, or other dangerous factors threatening the safety of the protection subjects;
- Opposing or obstructing the activities of the Protection Force and agencies, organizations, individuals when participating in cooperation to perform protection work;
- Causing public disorder; unlawful mass gatherings at protection areas and targets;
- Disclosing confidential information relating to protection subjects and protection work;
- Forging, seizing, buying, selling, illegally using, destroying, or falsifying documents related to protection work;
- Abusing or exploiting the duties and powers of the Protection Force or taking advantage of participation in cooperation to perform protection work to infringe upon the interests of the State, and the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals;
- Gender discrimination in protection work;
- Actions negatively affecting the reputation, honor, dignity of the protection subjects; of protection officers and soldiers while performing their duties; of agencies, organizations, individuals when participating in cooperation to perform protection work.
