On September 13, 2024, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam issued Decision 2135/QD-BTC on the announcement of administrative procedures abolished in the field of debt management and external finance under the management scope of the Ministry of Finance.

08 annulled administrative procedures related to debt management and external finance in Vietnam under the management scope of the Ministry of Finance include:

(1) Financial mechanism and disbursement for the credit capital from the European Investment Bank for 2 projects of Hanoi pilot urban railway, section Nhon - Hanoi Station (Line 3) and Project of Building Subway Line 2 in Ho Chi Minh City (According to Circular 117/2013/TT-BTC and Circular 105/2015/TT-BTC).
