07 Criteria for Evaluating the Quality of Public Services Regarding the Adjustment of Land Price Framework

According to the current regulations, the criteria for evaluating the quality of public service operations in investigating, collecting information for construction, and adjusting the price framework of land types are the contents and requirements that the service providers must meet to satisfy the customers' expectations regarding service quality.

Circular 18/2019/TT-BTNMT promulgates 07 criteria for evaluating the quality of public service operations using state budget for investigating, collecting information for construction, and adjusting the price framework of land types as follows:

- Criterion 1: Functions, duties, or business registration of the organization providing investigation, information collection for construction, and adjustment of the land price framework services.- Criterion 2: Facilities and technical infrastructure for investigating, information collection for construction, and adjustment of the land price framework.- Criterion 3: Personnel conducting the investigation, information collection for construction, and adjustment of the land price framework.- Criterion 4: Compliance with technical procedures, economic-technical norms for investigation, information collection for construction, and adjustment of the land price framework.- Criterion 5: Information and data collected from the investigation.- Criterion 6: Attitude of service during the investigation, information collection for construction, and adjustment of the land price framework.- Criterion 7: Products of the service in investigating, information collection for construction, and adjustment of the land price framework.
