- Remediation of natural disaster consequences, ensuring initial traffic safety on roads managed by the Central Government;- Regular expenses for the Commanding Committees for Disaster Prevention & Search and Rescue (PCTT&TKCN) of the Ministry of Transport, and the Vietnam Road Directorate;- Expenses for the production, procurement, and repair of standby materials and equipment for disaster prevention efforts;- Expenses for the maintenance and repair of warehouses storing equipment and standby materials;- Costs of renting vehicles, repair costs for vehicles mobilized to participate in disaster response and rescue operations as per orders from the competent authorities of the Vietnam Road Directorate and the Department of Transport;- Other expenses directly related to disaster response and rescue operations.
