06 Principles for Compiling Test Question Sets for Vocational Training Graduation Program

This is an important provision in Circular 29/2013/TT-BLDTBXH, which stipulates the development of curricula and the compilation of teaching materials for vocational training at the intermediate level and college level for national key occupations.

According to Clause 1 Article 8 of Circular 29/2013/TT-BLDTBXH, when compiling the set of graduation exam questions for vocational training programs at the intermediate and college levels for key national-level occupations, the following 06 principles must be adhered to:

- Comply with the regulations on examination, testing, and recognition of graduation in formal vocational training, issued together with Decision 14/2007/QD-BLDTBXH.- The set of graduation exam questions must meet the requirements for evaluating and classifying the level of knowledge and skills accumulated by vocational students during their studies and training, accurately reflecting the real level of knowledge and skills of the students after the course ends.- When compiling the set of graduation exam questions, close coordination with enterprises is required to strengthen the connection between enterprises and vocational training institutions, closely following the demand for trained labor from enterprises.- Ensure scientific, systematic, practical, logical, and flexible principles to meet the changes in technical technology and the labor market.- Reasonably allocate time between vocational knowledge and skills and the sequence of implementation according to each type of exam question.- The content of questions in each exam must be accurate and clear to avoid misunderstanding; use common and consistent terminology throughout the entire exam and answers; diagrams and drawings must be clear and include all technical specifications.
