Resolution 76/2022/QH15, passed at the 4th Session, 15th National Assembly on November 15, 2022, has some specific contents as follows:

06 laws and 13 resolutions passed at the 4th Session of the 15th National Assembly in Vietnam

- 06 laws passed at the 4th Session of the 15th National Assembly include:

+ Petroleum Law;

+ Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence;

+ Law on Prevention and Combat of Money Laundering;

+ Law on Inspection;

+ Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots;

+ Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Radio Frequency.

- 13 resolutions passed at the 4th Session of the 15th National Assembly include:

+ Resolution promulgating the Rules of the National Assembly session; Resolution on Socio-Economic Development Plan 2023;

+ Resolution on state budget estimates for 2023;

+ Resolution on central budget allocation in 2023;

+ Resolution to promote the implementation of policies and laws on practicing thrift and combating waste;

+ Resolution on piloting car license plate auctions;

+ Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies to develop Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province;

+ Resolution to dismiss the State Auditor General for the 2021–2026 term;

+ Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal to dismiss the Minister of Transport for the 2021–2026 term;

+ Resolution to elect the State Auditor General for the 2021–2026 term;

+ Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal to appoint Minister of Health and Minister of Transport for the 2021–2026 term;

In addition, give opinions on the reception, revision, and adjustment of the time to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and approval of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended) to the next Session, 4th Session, National Assembly course XV; giving first opinions on 07 law projects: Law on Consumer Rights Protection (amended); Land Law (amended); Bidding Law (amended); Price Law (amended); Law on Electronic Transactions (amended); Cooperative Law (amended); and Civil Defense Law.

Prevention of corruption and matters causing trouble for people and businesses in Vietnam

Regarding the prevention and combat of crimes and violations of the law, the prevention, detection, and handling of corruption, investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement, the National Assembly requests the Government,
Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy, State Audit, and related agencies:

- Strengthen inspection, examination, auditing, investigation, prosecution, and adjudication, focusing on the following areas:

- Conduct matters regarding investment, finance, property, land, and capital construction through bidding and auction;

- Tax management, solving social insurance debt, health insurance, unemployment insurance for workers, fire and explosion prevention and control, traffic safety, etc.

- Effectively prevent corruption, harassment, negativity, and inconvenience to people and businesses;

- Improve the quality and efficiency of detecting and handling violations of the law through inspection and audit activities;

- Pay attention to allocating funds, investing in upgrading equipment, working facilities, and necessary physical and technical conditions, and researching and perfecting regimes and policies in accordance with work characteristics so that judicial, inspection, examination, auditing, and investigation agencies can perform their tasks well.
