05 Responsibilities of Entities Granted Mineral Exploration Licenses

- Fully comply with the legal regulations on supervision work during the implementation of the Mineral Exploration Scheme according to the Mineral Exploration License;- Agree on the supervision contents with the unit carrying out the supervision before implementing the Mineral Exploration Scheme;- Provide complete documentation of the Mineral Exploration License, the program, and the plan for implementing the Mineral Exploration Scheme to the unit carrying out the supervision;- Coordinate with the unit carrying out the supervision to ensure the volume, quality, and progress of the Mineral Exploration Scheme;- Recommend to the competent state management agency to review and handle in case the unit carrying out the supervision does not comply with legal regulations.
