05 contents in the synchronous implementation of database on officials, civil servants, and public employees in Vietnam (Internet image) 

The Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam has issued Official Dispatch 6208/BNV-CCVC dated December 8, 2022, on the synchronous implementation of the database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees in phase 1 in 23 ministries, branches, and localities on the national database.

According to Official Dispatch 6208/BNV-CCVC, to ensure the launch of the national database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees on December 28, 2022, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam requested that 23 ministries, branches, and localities coordinate with VNPT in implementing the following five contents:

(1) Deploy, build, upgrade, and edit the software and database of officials, civil servants, and public employees with full information according to the consolidated resumes of cadres, civil servants, and public employees. (Appendix 1) (enclosed with Official Dispatch 6208/BNV-CCVC)

In case the software has not been fixed in time, 23 ministries, branches, and localities coordinate with VNPT's support focal points to be granted access accounts, undergo guide updating, and standardize data on cadres, civil servants, and public employees on the system before December 20, 2012.

(2) Implement a compensating update of cadre, civil servant, and public employee profile data on your agency's current software to ensure that the data is "correct,"  "sufficient," and "clean" before synchronizing on the national database system of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

(3) Using the plan of integrating and synchronizing data on the national database system of cadres, civil servants, and public employees through the NDXP national data sharing and integration platform.

(4) Using a specialized data transmission network to access the national database system of officials, public servants, and public employees

If there is no network connection, contact the focal point for coordinating the connection of specialized data transmission networks at the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Plan for synchronous implementation of national database on cadres, civil servants and public employees in Vietnam

(1) Deploying data updates on the system for units

Follow the below steps:

- Preparing conditions for using the system: access from the user's computer to the dedicated data transmission network (CPNet).

- Data synchronization connection: connecting and synchronizing the data of units that have met the standards of integration and data synchronization via NDXP with the national database.

- Implement data creation if the system has not yet been integrated:

+ BNDP software output data of civil servants and public officials

+ Standardize the coder data, standardize the data format, and update the data into the import Excel file.

+ Check excel file

+ Add an Excel file to the system.

+ Receive notification of results and correct any errors.

* Implementation period: from December 6, 2022, to December 20, 2022.

(2) Data validation in the national database

Confirm the updated data on the national database system.

* Implementation period: from December 20, 2022, to December 24, 2022.

(3) Deploying and using software

Using and exploiting the functions for DPs within the software to meet the purpose of collecting and updating information on civil servants' records

* Implementation period: From December 26, 2022 to 2027.
