Regarding tensile strength

- The tensile strength of the outer material, except for leather and knitted materials, must be at least 300N in both the warp and weft directions. Tested according to ISO 13934-1:1999.- The tensile strength of the outer leather material must be at least 60% in two perpendicular directions using standard test samples as specified in Table 1 of TCVN 7121:2014 leather-physical and mechanical tests-determination of tensile strength and elongation. Tested according to TCVN 7121:2014.

Regarding tear resistance

- The outer material (except leather and knitted materials), the tear resistance must be at least 15N in both the warp and weft directions. Tested according to ISO 13937-2:2000.- The tear resistance of the outer leather material must be at least 20N in two perpendicular directions on the plane of the material. Tested according to TCVN 7122-1:2007 leather-physical and mechanical tests-determination of tear resistance. Part 1: Single edge tear.

Regarding burst strength for knitted materials: The burst strength of the outer knitted fabric must be at least 200kPa. Tested according to ISO 13938-1:1999.

Regarding seam strength: The seam strength of the outer material or outer garment material of the clothing ensemble must withstand a breaking force of at least 225N for woven fabrics and 110N for leather. Tested according to ISO 13935-2:1999.
