04 Criteria for Security and Social Order to Achieve New Rural Standards

This is a notable content regulated in Circular 35/2016/TT-BNNPTNT guiding the implementation of criteria for districts meeting the new rural standards for the period 2016-2020.

According to the provisions in Circular 35/2016/TT-BNNPTNT, a district meets the criteria for security and social order when it fulfills the following requirements:

- Annually, the District Party Committee issues a Resolution, and the District People's Committee has a plan for security and order work; directs and effectively implements the building of a movement for all people to protect national security.- There are no prolonged mass complaints and illegal over-level complaints.- There are no complex hotspots regarding social order; types of crimes, social evils, and other legal violations are restricted and continuously reduced compared to the previous consecutive years.- The district's armed forces (Police, Local Army; Militia and Self-Defense Forces) successfully complete their tasks of ensuring local security and order.
