04 contents of the exam for outstanding teachers serving as leaders of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization (Illustrative photo)

In Article 6 of the Rules for the Competition for teachers serving as leaders of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, promulgated together with Circular 52/2012/TT-BGDDT, it stipulates 04 competition components for teachers in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization as follows:

1. Report on experience, model, or results of applied pedagogical scientific research in the field of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization work and children's movements evaluated within four years prior to the competition year;
2. A test assessing the understanding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, its movements, and major campaigns, planning skills, program building for the Organization's activities, or understanding of educational policies, directions, and innovation orientations;
3. Practical test of skills and professional operations of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization and children's movements at the time of the competition, including one component chosen by the teacher in charge and one component drawn by lot as determined by the organizers;
4. Talent competition for the teacher in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization in the fields of art, chosen by the participating teacher.

Additionally, the examination formats are specified as follows:

- Teachers in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization must submit to the organizing committee their report on experience, model, or results of applied pedagogical scientific research in the field of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization and children's movements accompanied by comments, evaluations, and classifications from the school or the district, provincial Department of Education and Training;

- The understanding test is a written or oral examination. The competition duration is set by the head of the organizing committee. If it is a written test, it can include essay, objective questions, or a combination of both;

- The practical test of skills and professional operations of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization and children's movements is organized with primary school students for primary school teachers in charge and middle school students for middle school teachers in charge or teachers in charge at schools with multiple education levels. Teachers in charge must be notified and have at least one week to prepare before the practical test;

- The talent competition for the teacher in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization is organized either individually or in groups, and the participating teacher can choose the format.
