04 Conditions for Teaching Law Subject in the College System

Circular 13/2018/TT-BLDTBXH has been issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs regarding the curriculum for the subject of Law, which is part of the common subjects in the training program at the intermediate level and college level.

According to Circular 13, higher education institutions at the college level that wish to implement the Law subject in the training program must meet the following conditions:

- Specialized classroom/workshop: Classroom.- Equipment and machinery: Computer, Projector.- Learning materials, tools, and materials: Films, illustrative legal situation pictures, handouts for students, reference materials.- Other conditions: Educational institutions are encouraged to equip classrooms and other conditions to facilitate online teaching.

In addition, Circular 13 also stipulates that the evaluation of students' learning outcomes is conducted according to Circular 09/2017/TT-BLDTBXH.
