03 types of reports on inspection activities and anti-corruption measures in Vietnam

There are three types of reports on inspection work, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption listed in Article 5 of Circular 03/2013/TT-TTCP, specifically as follows:

- Periodic reports, including: quarterly, 6-month, 9-month, and annual inspection work reports, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption.

- Specialized reports, ad hoc reports as required by the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the agencies of the National Assembly, the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam.

Regarding the content of the inspection work reports, complaint resolution, denunciation, and anti-corruption, Circular 03 specifies as follows:

- The content of the inspection work report is implemented according to report form number 01 and statistical forms numbers 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1dd, 1e, 1f, 1g, 1h issued together with this Circular.

- The content of the complaint resolution and denunciation report is implemented according to report form number 02 and statistical forms numbers 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2dd  issued together with this Circular.

- The content of the anti-corruption work report is implemented according to report form number 03 and statistical forms numbers 3a, 3b issued together with this Circular.
