03 Report Contents on Annual Judicial Work Results from February 15, 2020

The annual judicial work results report is titled "Annual Judicial Work Results Report (report implementation year) and Orientation, Tasks, and Measures for the Next Year (immediately following year)." Article 10 of Circular 12/2019/TT-BTP specifies three mandatory contents to be mentioned in the annual judicial work results report:

- The report content must summarize and assess the situation and results of the work performed in fields under the management of the Ministry of Justice; consultative work assisting the leadership of ministries, central authorities, and local authorities in directing, executing, and coordinating work among units under ministries and central authorities and localities in performing judicial work.

- Projected orientation and tasks for the next reporting year; implementation solutions and recommendations and proposals to the competent authority (if any).

- The annual judicial work results report must use statistical data from the year (serving the summary of judicial work) according to the Circular of the Minister of Justice regulating certain statistical activities of the Justice Sector.

Reporting subjects are ministries, ministry-equivalent agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam; People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.

Report receiving agency: Ministry of Justice, 60 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

The Circular clearly specifies the report outline sample for annual judicial work results for each reporting subject:

- For ministries, ministry-equivalent agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, the annual judicial work results report follows the outline in Appendix No. 03.

- For People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the annual judicial work results report follows the outline in Appendix No. 04.

Based on the annual key tasks, the Ministry of Justice issues specific guidelines on the annual judicial work results report.
