To be specific, in Article 2 of Circular 51/2012/TT-BGDDT, it is stipulated that the inspection activities of universities, academies, scientific research institutes authorized to offer doctoral programs, universities, colleges, and professional secondary schools are internal inspections. These inspections assist the Director, Rector, or Institute Director in detecting gaps in the school's management mechanisms to recommend remedial measures; prevent and detect violations of the law, school rules, and regulations; assist units, organizations, and individuals within the school in implementing educational policies and related laws; and address complaints, denunciations, and anti-corruption measures within the school's functions and duties as prescribed by law in Vietnam.
