03 entities directly investing in projects of the PTDP Investment Fund

The 03 direct investment targets of the Local Development Investment Fund (LDIF) in the projects applicable from June 10, 2013, are specifically stipulated in Decree 37/2013/ND-CP as follows:

- Direct investment targets include investment projects within the list of prioritized socio-economic infrastructure fields for development issued by the Provincial People's Committee.- Based on the local socio-economic development strategy and the investment fields in the socio-economic infrastructure stipulated in Annex I issued together with Decree 37, annually or in each period, the Provincial People's Committee issues a list of prioritized socio-economic infrastructure investment fields for local development after obtaining the approval of the Provincial People's Council.- Based on the list of prioritized socio-economic infrastructure investment fields for local development, the Local Development Investment Fund selects, appraises, and decides on direct investment in specific projects if they meet the investment conditions stipulated in Decree 138/2007/ND-CP and this Decree.
