03 Cases of revoking cards of specialized inspectors in the natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam (Illustration)

Circular 19/2014/TT-BTNMT stipulates 03 cases of recovering cards of specialized inspectors in the natural resources and environment sector. The Chief Inspector of the Ministry has the authority to recover the issued official cards for specialized inspectors. The cases for revoking cards of specialized inspectors in Vietnam are as follows:

1. The official passes away, goes missing while on duty, retires, resigns, or transfers to another job.

2. The official is no longer assigned specialized inspection duties;

3. Cases of card replacement as stipulated:

- The card in use is damaged;

- Due to changes in card serial number or the name of the working agency; changes in surname, name, and other reasons leading to the need to change the cardholder's information;

- Replacement of the old official inspection card with a new model.

In addition, the dossier for card recovery includes: Official Dispatch requesting card recovery from the General Director of the General Department assigned with specialized inspection functions, accompanied by documents showing that the official has passed away, gone missing while on duty, retired, resigned, transferred to another job, or is no longer assigned specialized inspection duties.

More details can be found in Circular 19/2014/TT-BTNMT which comes into effect in Vietnam from June 9, 2014.
