Circular 19 stipulating the management of workers' health must meet the following requirements:

In cases where workers with chronic diseases must be assigned to positions exposing them to harmful factors related to their current health conditions, the employer must fully explain the harmful factors to the health of the worker and can only arrange such work after obtaining written consent from the worker.
