Circular 204/2013/TT-BQP stipulates that the technical levels for power station repair workers must meet the following standards:
- Have basic knowledge of the power station repair specialty, knowledge of inspection, environmental standards regulations for power stations, labor safety, and electrical safety; be able to explain the symbols marked on the components, systems, and details of the power station; firmly grasp the Technical Operations Regulations for vehicles and machinery, the Technical Operations Regulations of the Vietnam People's Army; have knowledge of military, political, economic, cultural, and social aspects to meet the mission requirements.- Perform the content of operation, preservation, storage, maintenance, and repair of power stations and their components, systems, and details correctly according to procedures, meeting the technical requirements stipulated for each worker level.
