The Department of Education and Training of Vietnam requests that the leadership of units continue to enhance measures to ensure the security and order of schools, traffic safety for students, teachers, and staff in schools, which must:

- Propagate to teachers, staff, and students to strictly comply with the Law when participating in traffic, adopt measures to avoid traffic accidents, mandate the wearing of standardized helmets properly fastened when riding motorcycles, motorbikes, electric bicycles, comply with legal regulations on blood alcohol concentration for road vehicle operators, wear life jackets when using boats, not use phones while driving... and encourage the use of safe public transportation to reduce traffic congestion.

- Strengthen work inspection, criticize, review, and downgrade commendations for officials and public employees violating the Law while participating in traffic.

- Receive and handle cases of teachers, staff, and students violating legal regulations concerning traffic order and safety and send the handling results of the unit to the superior management agency as per regulations.

Additionally, the Department of Education and Training requests that the leadership of units actively coordinate with local governments to strictly prohibit motor vehicles from operating or parking illegally during school hours in schoolyards, on sidewalks, and on roads around school gates (schools must arrange appropriate parking spaces for teachers and students within the school premises to minimize movement in the yard). At the same time, coordinate and facilitate the City Traffic Safety Board to survey and arrange signal signs, directional signs, warning signs, and traffic safety propaganda slogans, especially within the vicinity of school gates as prescribed.
