Training and Development Plan for Officials and Public Employees in 2018

Subjects of training and retraining:

- Professional training: Civil servants, public employees on the payroll, holding a bachelor's degree in law and having completed the internship period;- Professional retraining: Civil servants and public employees who are currently performing or are projected to be assigned tasks in the respective work area; no person shall be sent to multiple courses within a year.

Training and retraining organization:

- Hanoi Procuracy University and the Training and Retraining School for Procuracy at Ho Chi Minh City are responsible for:

- Organize training and retraining classes for officials and public employees in the People's Procuracy sector in 2018;- Improve curricula, programs, and training materials to ensure compliance with new legal regulations for teaching purposes;- Assign lecturers to conduct fieldwork at local People's Procuracies;

- Do not accept training and retraining for officials and public employees who are not summoned by the Supreme People's Procuracy, those who are not eligible, or those who do not meet the standards to participate in training and retraining courses;

- Enhance the organization of skill retraining classes on: Supervising the examination of crime scenes involving corpses in cases indicating signs of murder, scenes of explosions; Litigation skills of prosecutors; Advanced skills in investigation tactics, interrogation, taking statements, and criminal investigation psychology;

- Teaching experts: Including lecturers from the sector's training institutions, Law University, People's Police Academy..., experts with appropriate professional qualifications and practical experience from the Procuracy, Police, Courts...

- Retraining duration: 1 week/class
