Therefore, compared with the current regulations, the fee for recruitment, competition for rank promotion and promotion of civil servants and public employees has not changed, but there is an additional fee for the competition for promotion to the professional title of class IV public employees.
Circular 92/2021/TT-BTC of Vietnam takes effect from December 15, 2021 and replaces Circular 228/2016/TT-BTC.
