Recruitment of civil servants for the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam: Only accept excellent students, masters or higher (Illustration)

The Ministry of Justice of Vietnam announces the candidates for recruitment of civil servants into state management units under the Ministry as follows:

1. University graduates with excellent honors

Graduates of excellent universities at domestic or foreign higher education institutions recognized as equivalent in degrees and certificates as prescribed by law with excellent results in studying and practicing university year, within the age specified in Article 1 of the Youth Law by the time of applying for admission and meeting one of the following criteria:

(i) Winning three or more individual prizes in one of the provincial competitions for selecting excellent students, and winning consolation prizes or more in the national competitions for selecting excellent students; or Certificate of merit or higher in international competitions to select excellent students in one of the natural sciences (math, physics, chemistry, biology, informatics) and social sciences (philology, history) history, geography, foreign languages) during high school;

(ii) Winning three or more individual prizes at national or international science and technology competitions during their studies at the high school or university level;

(iii) Won three or more individual prizes at the Olympiad in one of the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, mechanics or informatics; or other majors during university studies recognized by the Department of Education and Training of Vietnam.

2. Master's degree holder

Persons with a master's degree within the age group specified in Article 1 of the Youth Law by the time of submitting their application and meeting one of the following criteria:

- Satisfying the criteria specified in item (i) or item (ii) or item (iii) above;

- Graduated from a law university with a good grade or higher and majored in postgraduate training in the same discipline as training at university level.

3. Doctoral degree holder

Persons who have a doctorate degree, are under 35 years old by the time of submitting their application and fully meet the criteria specified in (i) and (ii) above.

Note: The following cases are not eligible to register for the recruitment of civil servants by the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam, including:

- Not residing in Vietnam;

- Loss or restricted civil act capacity;

- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; are currently or have completed serving criminal judgments or decisions of the Court but have not yet had their criminal records cleared, are being subjected to administrative handling measures and sent to medical treatment establishments or educational institutions.
