Thus, the salaries paid to the State President and General Secretary are increased to 15,730,000 VND/month (the previous regulation was 14,950,000 VND/month); the salaries paid to the Chairperson of the National Assembly and the Prime Minister of Vietnam are increased to 15,125,000 VND/month (the previous regulation was 14,375,000 VND/month).
In addition to the salaries paid to the President, Prime Minister of Vietnam, Chairperson of the National Assembly, and General Secretary, the above documents also mention salaries for leader titles with two salary steps:
- Vice President; Vice Chairperson of the National Assembly; Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam of the Government of Vietnam;
- Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court;
- Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; Member of the Politburo,
- Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairperson of the Fatherland Front, Secretary of the Central Committee;
- Chairperson of the Central Inspection Commission (not a member of the Politburo), Head of the CPV's committee (not a member of the Politburo)...
