- Supplement Intermediate Judges for district People's Courts that are currently lacking due to promotions, natural attrition, or transfers; 
        - Take the Intermediate Judge promotion exam for district People's Courts (according to the quota allocation in Official Dispatch 661/TANDTC-TCCB). | Court Verifyers, Court Clerks who meet the standards and conditions as prescribed, and are not under disciplinary review, appeal, or complaint according to the regulations. || ***Quotas*** | According to the Intermediate Judge quotas allocated to each provincial-level People's Court and district-level People's Courts that are still lacking, as of December 31, 2017. | The Primary Judge quotas are allocated to district-level People's Courts within provinces, cities, and regional military courts that are still lacking due to natural attrition, promotion exams for Intermediate Judges, or transfer to other work, as of December 31, 2017. || ***Standards,***

- Ensure the standards and conditions as prescribed in Clause 2 (excluding point c) of Article 68 of the [Law on People's Court Organization 2014](https://lawnet.vn/vb/luat-to-chuc-toa-an-nhan-dan-2014-3f68c.html); 

        
- Have at least 5 years of service remaining (calculated from March 1, 2018). | Those who register for the exam must:
