According to the Notice of recruitment of officials of General Department of Taxation in 2021 enclosed with Official Dispatch No. 4055/TCT-TCCB in 2021, the demand for recruitment of officials of General Department of Taxation in 2021 for General Department of Taxation and 63 Departments of Taxation are 1,751, in which:
- Ngạch chuyên viên: 303 norms,
- The tax inspector line: 1,324 norms;
- Rank of clerical staff: ≤ 49 targets;
- Number of personnel: 08 indicators;
- Rank of tax examiner: 23 norms;
- Rach of intermediate clerks: 44 targets

- Pursuant to Article 1 of Decision No. 702/QD-TCT dated 2022 of the Director of the General Department of Taxation on recognition of examination results of recruitment of civil servants of the General Department of Taxation in 2021, announce the result of examination for recruitment of civil servants of the General Department of Taxation in 2021 as follows: recognition of the examination results of recruitment of civil servants of the General Department of Taxation in 2021 for 11,978 candidates specified in the attached list.
- Pursuant to Article 1 of Decision No.703/QD-TCT dated May 09, 2022 of the Director of the General Department of Taxation on recognition of the list of successful candidates admitted to the General Department of Taxation in 2021; the General Department of Taxation notifies: the list of successful candidates to the General Department of Taxation and 63 Departments of Taxation in provinces and cities (the list of successful candidates enclosed with Decision No.703/QD-TCT).
Note: Request candidates who are on the list of successful candidates enclosed with the Decision No. 703/QD-TCT within 30 days from May 9, 2022 to the head office of the General Department of Taxation (for candidates applying for admission to the General Department of Taxation); the head office of the Department of Taxation where application for admission is registered (for candidates applying for admission to the Department of Taxation) to complete their applications.

What are the pre-employment dossier?
A recruitment dossier must be supplemented to complete before the recruitment, including:
- Authenticated copy: graduation diploma, certificate of ethnic language (if exempted from foreign language test) at the request of the working position for recruitment, certification of prioritized subjects (if any).
When a candidate is admitted, he/she must submit the certificate of graduation equivalent to his/her training level specified in the National Qualifications Framework of Vietnam as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training. If the diploma is exempted from receiving the diploma recognition procedures as prescribed in Article 5 of Circular No. 13/2021/TT-BGDDT dated April 15, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training, the candidate must submit documentary evidences for exemption from receiving the diploma recognition procedures as prescribed. If diplomas are not awarded according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training or documents evidencing the diplomas exempt from the procedures for diploma recognition, they shall not be recruited.
- The judicial record card issued by the competent agency.
Notes:
- The selected candidates must produce the originals of relevant diplomas, certificates and papers to the provincial/municipal Tax Departments for examination.
- When the recruitment application is completed, the candidate must well implement the Covid-19 infectious disease prevention measures during the completion of the application.
Past the above time limit, if the successful candidate is not present to complete the dossier as prescribed, the General Department of Taxation may determine that the successful candidate has no need for recruitment.
