- 10 lecturers include: 03 lecturers working in the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Prosecution; 02 lecturers working in the Department of Civil Law and Civil Prosecution; 01 lecturer working in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Investigation; 02 lecturers working in the Department of International Law and 02 lecturers working in the Department of Political Theory;

- 10 positions for support and service work:- 02 positions at the Faculty of Training and Retraining of Prosecutors: Training management, Training supervision.- 02 positions at the Department of Training and Student Management: Undergraduate training management, Student management.- 02 positions at the Department of Administration: Records management, General consultation.- 01 position at the Department of Administration: General administration.- 02 positions at the Office of Scientific Management and International Cooperation: International cooperation and Editorial secretary- 01 position at the Information Library Center: Teaching equipment management.

Candidate Standards

- Lecturer positions in the Departments of Criminal Law and Criminal Prosecution, Civil Law and Civil Prosecution, Criminology and Criminal Investigation, International Law: Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Law.

- Lecturer position in the International Law Department: Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Law or be a postgraduate student in law with at least 02 years of experience working at a law university.

- Lecturer position in the Department of Political Theory:

+ Lecturer in Basic Logic: Must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Philosophy or Mathematics along with a Bachelor’s degree, full-time, in Philosophy or Mathematics rated at least “good”;

+ Lecturer in Physical Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree, full-time, in Physical Education, Sports Training, rated at least “good” and the candidate must be male.

- Positions: Undergraduate training management, Student management, Training and retraining management, Trainee management: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Law or Education Management or another relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 02 years of experience in the applied position.

- General Consultation position: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, full-time, rated at least “good”.

- Records Management position: Must have a Bachelor’s degree, full-time, rated at least “good” in Law or Human Resource Management.

- International Cooperation position: Must have a Bachelor’s degree, full-time, in International Relations, English Language or a university graduate, postgraduate degree obtained abroad in English.

- General Administration position: Must have a Bachelor's degree, full-time, in Business Administration or Law.

- Teaching Equipment Management position: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Education with at least 02 years of experience in the applied position.

Special Recruitment Consideration

- Candidates must submit an application expressing their desire to apply in the form of special recruitment consideration.

- Meet the conditions for special recruitment consideration as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 14 of Decree 29/2012/ND-CP:

+ Have 03 years of experience or more in the required field, meeting the immediate needs of the job position.

+ Graduates with excellent university performance, Master's, or Doctoral degrees domestically or abroad, with a specialized training relevant to the job position, except for cases where the job position and professional title require a Master's or Doctoral degree.

Application Duration and Location:

- Application submission period: From February 09, 2018, to March 16, 2018 (official working hours).

- Location: Department of Administration – Hanoi Prosecutor University (Room 308).

- Preliminary selection timing: 10 days after the application deadline.

- Recruitment, examination timing: Expected in April 2018.
