Eligibility requirements for and entities to be eligible to take the title for setting examination for the supervisory sector in 2022

Persons eligible to sit examinations for enrollment of people's procuracy inspectors in 2022

According to Subsection 2 of Section II – Plan 70 /KH-VKSTC in 2022 promulgated by the Supreme People's Procuracy on May 12, 2022, the test subjects are classified as follows:

- Senior examiners: Principal examiners, intermediate-level procurators, intermediate-level investigators, principal specialists who are working at the Supreme People's Procuracy or superior people's procuracies (except investigating agencies).

- Principal examiners: Examiners, primary-level procurators, primary-level investigators, experts who are working at the Supreme People's Procuracy, the superior People's Procuracy and the provincial-level People's Procuracy (excluding investigating agencies).

- In other cases (taking the exam for high-ranking inspectors or principal inspectors), depending on the requirements of tasks and personnel organization, the civil affairs committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy shall consider and make decision.

Accordingly, the people's procuracy is recruited at two positions as principal examiners and senior examiners. Persons eligible for selection are individuals working in people's procuracies of all levels (except investigation agencies)

Standards to be satisfied by persons applying for selection of the People's Procuracy sector in 2022

According to section 3 of Section II – Plan 70 /KH-VKSTC in 2022 promulgated by the Supreme People's Procuracy on May 12, 2022, the following conditions are applied:

- For senior inspectors:

+ Ensure the general standards for inspectors prescribed in Article 2 of Resolution No.924/2015/UBTVQH13;

+ If he/she is holding the position of principal investigator or equivalent (intermediate-level procurator, intermediate-level investigator or principal investigator) and has been holding the position of principal examiner for at least 5 years (up to December 31, 2022); if he/she has been holding the position of principal examiner, the duration of his/her holding the position of principal examiner shall be included in the duration of his/her holding the position of principal examiner;

+ Having the bachelor or senior level of political theory.

- For principal examiners:

+ Ensure the general standards for inspectors prescribed in Article 2 of Resolution No.924/2015/UBTVQH13;

+ If he/she is currently holding the position of inspector or equivalent (elementary-level procurator, elementary-level investigator or specialist) and has held the position of inspector for at least 5 years (by December 31, 2022), if he/she has held the rank of other judicial entity equivalent, the duration of his/her rank shall be included in the duration of his/her rank;

+ Be a Communist Party of Vietnam.

- In addition to the criteria and conditions for each category mentioned above, the candidates registered for examination must ensure the following criteria and conditions:

+ To be provided by the executive committee or authority of the place where the candidate resides regularly (12 months or more) with good comments on the law observance by the candidate and his/her family at his/her place of residence;

+ Not being examined or disciplined;

+ The applicant has sufficient personal profiles certified by a competent authority and ensures his/her political and ethical standards as regulated.

Accordingly, in order to participate in the selection of principal inspectors and senior inspectors of the people's procuracy in 2022, candidates must satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
