Position and recruitment conditions | Professional Specialist | + Graduated from a formal university majoring in economic law, economics, business administration; + Having a training certificate in journalism and propaganda; + Having a B-level foreign language certificate with a good grade or higher in 1 of 5 languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese; + Having an office computer proficiency certificate with a good grade or higher, proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, Web browsers; + Having experience in information and propaganda in the field of legal aid for 12 consecutive months or more as of the recruitment date. |
Accountant | + Graduated from a university majoring in Accounting; + Having a chief accountant training certificate; + Having a B-level foreign language certificate with a good grade or higher in one of five languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese; + Having an office computer proficiency certificate with a good grade or higher, proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel; + Having accounting experience in the field of legal aid for 24 consecutive months or more as of the recruitment date. |

Clerk for cash handling, general administration - documentation and archives | + Graduated from a formal university majoring in Finance and Accounting and graduated from intermediate training in office administration or archival science; + Having a B-level foreign language certificate with a good grade or higher in one of five languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese. + Having an office computer proficiency certificate with a good grade or higher, proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel; + Having experience as a cashier, general administration, or archives in state administrative agencies or enterprises for 12 months or more, and having experience in the field of legal aid for 6 consecutive months or more as of the recruitment date. |
