The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued Consolidated Document No. 01/VBHN-BNV of 2016 consolidating the Decree on salary policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces.

Consolidated Document 01/VBHN-BNV consolidates the following Decrees:
- Decree 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, on salary policies for officials and public employees and armed forces (effective from January 4, 2005);- Decree 76/2009/ND-CP dated September 15, 2009, amending and supplementing several articles of Decree 204/2004/ND-CP on salary policies for officials and public employees and armed forces (effective from November 1, 2009);- Decree 14/2012/ND-CP dated March 7, 2012, amending Article 7 of Decree 204/2004/ND-CP on salary policies for officials and public employees and armed forces and Section I of the leadership position allowance table (elected, appointed) in state agencies, public service providers of the State; agencies, units under the People's Army and the People's Police issued together with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP (effective from May 1, 2012);- Decree 17/2013/ND-CP dated February 19, 2013, amending and supplementing several articles of Decree 204/2004/ND-CP on salary policies for officials and public employees and armed forces (effective from April 10, 2013);- Decree 117/2016/ND-CP amending and supplementing several articles of Decree 204/2004/ND-CP on salary policies for officials and public employees and armed forces (effective from September 15, 2016).
Consolidated Document 01/VBHN-BNV was issued on October 17, 2016.
