Individuals registering to participate in the recruitment of officials and public employees must comply with new regulations regarding language and computer certificates.
To be specific: based on the following documents:
- Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014, of the Ministry of Education and Training on the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.
- Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014, of the Ministry of Information and Communications on the Standards of Information Technology Proficiency.
- Joint Circular 17/2016/TTLT-BGDDT-BTTTT dated June 21, 2016, of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Information and Communications regulating the organization of exams and issuance of information technology application certificates.
At the same time, they must meet all the conditions according to the regulations on job titles, code numbers, and professional standards of the official ranks, as well as regulations on codes and job title standards of public employees...
