Thus, if this Draft is approved, in the near future, worship items with a value of 50 million VND or more must be declared. In addition, the Draft also supplements another type of asset that must be declared, which is rights to intellectual property objects.
The addition of the aforementioned types of assets that must be declared is very necessary to demonstrate that legal provisions always delve deeply and closely follow real-life situations. Because assets such as artistic items, furniture, or worship items, etc., can have very high values due to being made from good materials or increasing in value over time, they must also be declared like other types of assets.
