The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam issued Notice 4092/TB-BVHTTDL dated October 20, 2022 on the recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam in 2022 according to Decree 140/2017/ND-CP.

1. Conditions for applying for admission to civil servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

* Individuals who fully meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social background, belief, or religion, are eligible to apply for public service recruitment:

- Having one nationality, which is Vietnamese nationality;

-18 years or older;

- Having an application form; having a clear background;

- Having appropriate diplomas and certificates;

- Having good political and moral qualities;

-Healthy enough to perform the task;

-Other conditions as required by the position applied for

* The following people are not eligible to apply for a civil service examination:

- Not residing in Vietnam;

- Loss or restricted civil act capacity;

- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; are serving or have completed serving criminal judgments or decisions of the Court but have not yet had their criminal records remitted; are being subjected to administrative handling measures to be sent to medical treatment establishments or educational institutions.

2. Candidates for recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam

- Graduates with excellent grades at domestic or foreign higher education institutions recognized for their equivalent degrees and certificates as prescribed by law; have excellent academic and training results in their university years; be within the age group specified in Article 1 of the Youth Law by the time of application submission and meet one of the following criteria:

+ Winning the third prize or more individually in one of the exams to select excellent students at the provincial level; winning consolation prizes or more in national competitions to select excellent students; or a Certificate of Merit or higher in international competitions to select excellent students in one of the natural sciences (math, physics, chemistry, biology, informatics) and social sciences (philology, history, geography, foreign languages) during high school;

+ Winning three or more individual prizes at national or international science and technology competitions during high school or university education;

+ Winning three or more individual prizes at the Olympic competition in one of the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, mechanics, informatics, or other majors during the university study period recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

- Persons holding a master's degree within the age group specified in Article 1 of the Youth Law by the time of submitting the application and fully meeting the following criteria:

Satisfying the standards specified in Clause 3.1, Points a, B, and C;

+ Graduated from university with a good grade or higher and majored in postgraduate training in the same field of training at university level.

- Persons who have a doctorate degree within the age specified in Article 23 of Decree 40/2014/ND-CP by the time of application submission and fully satisfy the criteria specified at Points a and b, Clause 1 of this Article. 3.2 above.

3. Application for admission to civil servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Application dossiers (packed in a file bag) with full name, address, contact phone, and a list of documents including:

- Application form for recruitment (Appendix 2 attached to Notice 4092/TB-BVHTTDL);

- Copies of diplomas and transcripts of academic results at the request of the candidate position, certified by a competent authority. Diplomas and transcripts in foreign languages are required to be submitted together with a Vietnamese translation certified by a competent authority. 
In the above case, where the diploma at the foreign training institution does not specify the type of good, good or excellent, additional documents proving that the applicant's academic results are good, excellent, or excellent according to the school's classification can be submitted (the school's assessment and classification; the school's letter of confirmation that the school is good, good, or excellent);

- Certificates of merit and papers certified by a competent authority to prove personal award winning during the period of study at high school or university level, meeting the provisions of Clause 1, Article 2 of Decree 140/2017/ND-CP;

- Certificate of priority in public servant recruitment (if any) certified by a competent authority;

- 03 envelopes with stamps and clearly stating the recipient's address.
