For public employees
Abolish Points a and b of Clause 1, Article 6 and the content "copy of permanent residence registration" at Point c, Clause 1, Article 7 of the Regulations on recruitment, transfer of public employees, and salary arrangement upon appointment to professional titles issued together with Decision 03/2016/QD-UBND dated February 04, 2016.
For officials
- Abolish the content about recruitment conditions "having permanent residence registration in Ho Chi Minh City" at Point a, Clause 1, Article 5 of the Regulations on recruitment of officials and salary arrangement upon appointment to ranks issued together with Decision 30/2012/QD-UBND dated July 25, 2012.- Abolish the application component "Copy of birth certificate and permanent residence registration in Ho Chi Minh City" and the regulation "In case candidates register for the official recruitment in fields of science and technology, if they do not have permanent residence registration in Ho Chi Minh City, they must meet one of the following criteria: Be valedictorians of undergraduate training institutions in the country; graduate with excellence or distinction from universities, postgraduate institutions abroad; hold a doctoral degree, be under 35 years old; hold a master's degree or a university diploma with excellence, be under 30 years old" at Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision 14/2016/QD-UBND dated May 06, 2016.
Decision 43/2017/QD-UBND takes effect from November 01, 2017.
