Continuing from the previous article, Thu Ky Luat would like to present to our readers the following new points in the disciplinary regulations for Communist Party members.

12. Within the realm of propaganda and speech, Communist Party members who do not post feedback or corrections will be disciplined with a warning.
13. Communist Party members who engage in acts that provide information detrimental to the interests of the state, national defense, national security, foreign relations, and social order and safety will be disciplined with a warning or dismissal.
14. Communist Party members who lose their party card without a legitimate reason, or use their party card for improper purposes; fail to comply with the transfer of Communist Party activities or improperly submit dossiers on the transfer of Communist Party activities, or do not write reports on the Communist Party activities of Party members will be disciplined with a reprimand.
15. In the field of organization and personnel, additional acts will be subject to expulsion from the Communist Party:
- Deliberately advising superiors to make decisions or provide opinions on organization and personnel matters that do not adhere to principles, regulations, procedures, authority, or standards.
- Abusing the position and authority of the head to make decisions on organization and personnel matters that do not adhere to principles, regulations, and authority.
- Lacking honesty and exemplary behavior, knowingly failing to meet standards or conditions but still seeking ways for agencies to accept, recruit, plan, appoint, transfer, nominate, or reward in contravention of regulations.
- Negligence or personal motives leading to the loss or misplacement of dossiers of officials, Party members, and documents of the Communist Party organization under their management; providing dossiers of officials and Party members to unauthorized persons in violation of regulations.

16. In the field of organization and personnel, additional acts will warrant expulsion from the Communist Party:
- Fabricating documents to be considered for study, or acceptance into agencies or organizations.
- Using the Communist Party card to borrow money or assets.
17. Communist Party members who are negligent in management and education leading to their spouse, children, or direct subordinates committing a crime will be disciplined with a warning.
18. Communist Party members who deliberately advise on prosecuting or not prosecuting a case, prosecuting a suspect, or detaining someone unlawfully will be expelled from the Communist Party.
19. Communist Party members who misappropriate, destroy, or falsify documents and exhibits related to inspection, investigation, or audit content will be disciplined with a warning or dismissal.
20. In the field of anti-corruption, additional acts will be subject to a reprimand:
- Failing to direct, organize, inspect, and urge the declaration of assets by organizations, individuals directly under their management, in violation of regulations.
- Neglecting leadership and management leading to corruption and wastefulness in their directly supervised agencies, units, or organizations without promptly detecting and handling these issues.
- Organizing trips, giving gifts to exploit those responsible, leading to the issuance of wrong decisions for personal or institutional gain.
- Organizing gatherings to give and receive gifts with exploitative motives.
21. In the field of anti-corruption, additional acts will be disciplined with a warning or dismissal:
- Facilitating parents, spouses, children, siblings to execute projects or engage in businesses within their or their unit's direct supervision in contravention of regulations for profit.
- Declaring assets and explaining changes in assets and asset origins dishonestly.
22. In the field of anti-corruption, additional acts will be disciplined by expulsion from the Communist Party:
- Deliberately not directing and organizing the recovery, or obstructing the recovery of corrupt assets.
- Abusing position and authority to shield or collude with enterprises or other entities for illicit gain; condoning, covering up, or facilitating corruption.
- Giving, receiving, or brokering bribes; brokering administrative procedures or exploiting official positions to broker for any forms of remuneration unlawfully. Exploiting official duties for personal gain or coercion in performing public duties.
- Embezzling assets, exploiting social welfare policies and relief and aid funds for corruption; exploiting the establishment of various funds for personal gain.
- Exploiting position, authority to advise, appraise, approve, bid, assign bids, decide investment, grant licenses, determine State capital ratios in enterprises for profit in any form.
- Exploiting position, authority, responsibilities, or duties to shield, facilitate violators of the law; obstructing, illegally interfering with inspection, investigation, audit, prosecution, trial, execution, special amnesty, and clemency for profit.
